The Trainee hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following:
All information provided during registration is accurate and complete, and the trainee bears full legal responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted.
Registration for the training course and payment of the applicable fees constitute a final and binding acceptance of all policies and terms of United Aircraft Maintenance Company, without any reservation or condition.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the trainee’s failure to comply with the approved policies or the organizational instructions related to the training course.
The Company reserves the right to amend the training schedule or course content when necessary, with prior notification to trainees, without incurring any additional financial obligation or compensation.
Registration and reservation fees are non-refundable, except in the event that the course is cancelled by the Company. In such case, refunds shall be processed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The Company shall not be held liable for any technical failures or disruptions beyond its control related to registration systems or electronic payment gateways.
These terms and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
